As pessoas não compram o que você faz, compram por que você faz. Toda organização no planeta sabe o que faz. Algumas sabem como fazem. Mas muito poucas sabem por que fazem o que fazem. E por 'por que', não quero dizer lucro. Isso é resultado. Por 'por que' quero dizer: qual é seu propósito? Sua causa? No que você acredita? Martin Luther King fez o discurso 'Eu tenho um sonho', não 'Eu tenho um plano'. Se você contrata pessoas só porque podem fazer o trabalho, trabalharão pelo seu dinheiro.
