My philosophy for a happy life is really pretty simple.

Number one: be OK with what you ultimately can't do, because there is so much you can do.

Number two: surround yourself with people you want to be around.

Number three: keep moving forward.

I didn't put myself in a box because of my diagnosis. I still have my life ahead of me.

Every single one of us goes through trials. It's what makes us human.

But it's what you do with those trials that defines who you are.
