A young man was walking along the ocean and saw a beach where thousands of starfish had washed ashore.

There was an old man walking along, picking up starfish one by one and throwing them back.

The young man said, 'Old man, why are you doing that? There are thousands, you can't make a difference.'

The old man picked up another starfish, threw it back, and said,

'It made a difference to that one.'

When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful.

Most of you say you want to be successful but you don't want it bad. You just kinda want it.
