I'm gonna tell you a story. A young man was walking along the ocean and saw a beach where thousands of starfish had washed ashore. There was an old man walking along, picking up starfish one by one and throwing them back. The young man said, 'Old man, why are you doing that? There are thousands, you can't make a difference.' The old man picked up another starfish, threw it back, and said, 'It made a difference to that one.' When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful. Most of you say you want to be successful but you don't want it bad. You just kinda want it.

Vou contar uma história. Um jovem caminhava pela praia e viu milhares de estrelas-do-mar na areia. Havia um velho pegando estrelas-do-mar uma por uma e jogando de volta ao mar. O jovem disse: 'Senhor, por que faz isso? São milhares, não pode fazer diferença.' O velho pegou outra estrela-do-mar, jogou de volta e disse: 'Para aquela ali, fez diferença.' Quando você quiser ter sucesso tanto quanto quer respirar, então terá sucesso. A maioria diz que quer ter sucesso, mas não quer de verdade. Só quer mais ou menos.
